WildBooking

Terms and Conditions

Last updated July 24, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern use of WildBooking by guests booking activities and by operators who run their business on the platform. By creating an account, submitting a booking, or signing in to the operator portal, you agree to these terms and to the policies shown at checkout for that activity. This is a working platform notice, not a substitute for independent legal advice.

Bookings

You must provide accurate guest, contact, and participant information. A booking is only confirmed once the checkout flow completes and you receive a confirmation for that reference. Activities, times, meeting points, and capacity are set by the operator and are subject to availability, weather, and safety rules.

Operators

Operators are responsible for the accuracy of activity descriptions, pricing, availability, meeting points, safety briefings, waiver wording, and customer communications. WildBooking provides software and payment routing; it does not itself run the outdoor activity unless that is stated for a specific listing.

Payments, deposits, and cancellations

Prices, deposits, balances, taxes, refunds, and cancellation or reschedule windows are those displayed at the time of booking or in the operator’s policy on the activity page. Failed or incomplete payment may cancel a hold. Balance payments follow the due date shown on the booking.

Waivers and safety

Some activities require a signed waiver before participation. If a required waiver is unsigned, the operator may refuse participation without a refund where their policy allows. Guests must follow operator safety instructions and local law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, scrape availability to disrupt operators, or submit false booking or payment information. We may suspend accounts that create a security, fraud, or abuse risk.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildBooking is not liable for operator-run activities, weather, equipment provided by the operator, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
